Along with "your hopes, dreams, ambitions, aspirations."Lately it’s been, “let me be clear…..” because whatever comes next is always ********
I can’t believe it!I'm tired of these:
1. That is a game changer!
2. Can you believe it?!
3. What were they thinking?
4. He climbed the ladder to make that catch.
I guess by this time of the year I've heard them ad nauseum. There are more but can't think of them right now.
Having a few gen alpha kids... this list deserves so many thumbs. My son has taken to inserting skibidi and/or rizz into every song now. Local laws prevent me from taking care of this problem properly, so I'm really hoping it stops soon.Bruh
Skibidi
Sigma / Alpha / Beta
“That’s so sigma”
Rizz
I’ve found that if you start saying them (especially saying them incorrectly) they’ll stop using them so much around you. Or if they are on the phone with their friends and you start saying them that really does the trick.Having a few gen alpha kids... this list deserves so many thumbs. You haven't been tortured until you hear:
Jump back, what's that sound?
Here she comes, full rizz and top down
Hot shoe, burnin' down the avenue
Ski-bi-di... Ski-bi-di-i-i
I bet that would do it. I enjoy embarrassing them when facetiming with friends or getting out of the car at school anyway, so I'll start throwing in some sigmas and bussin's.I’ve found that if you start saying them (especially saying them incorrectly) they’ll stop using them so much around you. I have been around a while, and when I was growing up very few people ever said this, no matter how poor or rural they were. Now you hear it everywhere-- southerners, mid-westerners, urban, rural, it doesn't matter. Is it because everyone's school sucks now, or do people just not care?Improper subject verb agreement like "I seen it" makes me want to break someone's face. "I done" whatever falls into the same category.
In football announcer parlance: "He got his big paw up there"I'm tired of these:
1. That is a game changer!
2. Can you believe it?!
