I guess you could do that by drilling and epoxying in new treads but that can only be done by building up and not demoing down. I would think that the increased overall thickness of the lower deck would increase by nearly 2x and create significantly more self weight than what the foundations were designed for.
Well, it's pretty damn easy to take a piss and buy a Coke at home. THAT is what you are competing against for attendance.
I go to the game to watch the play on the green field. I go underneath to buy a Coke and take a piss. And would much rather a chairback option than nicer concourse
But you are going to the game already. We ain't competing for your business. We already have it.
