major 1st floor kitchen / 1st floor bath renovation on the horizon …. Saw some fancy Toto toilets in an area showrooms and wife indicated that she would not be averse to moving to a bidet/toilet combo (though if she knew the retail prices on those Toto’s - a bidet might be too little too late) …

anyone here take the Toto plunge? Can I come over for a test sortie?

Thought about it. Like a good mattress it makes sense to invest in things where you spend serious time! ;)
Ran into one at a sushi joint in Pittsburgh, so if you find the right venue you may actually be able to try one out!

Sister has one. Don't forget the little laundry basket for the towels. And to hook it up to the warm water.

We have 4 Toto potties in our home, not the bidet version. They are excellent potties. I like that they are higher than the standard.

Why not just run an extra water line into the bathroom and hook up a small garden hose and hi pressure spray nozzle? Then fire away. It's how the Middle East and Asian countries do it. Especially in public places like airports, restaurants, hotel rooms.

Best toilets out there IMO. Don’t be put off by the pricing you get from local bath fixture stores as I order mine from Build.com which is now owned by Ferguson.

Much better pricing than local retail.

We have add on bidet accessories on all our toilets. My son and his wife now have them. My grandchildren use them and like them.

I have a Toto and just like their song goes you have to "Hold the Line". Otherwise the spray is off center.

Toto toilets are the ****
I put 3 in my house and they are the best toilets I've ever had.
No bidet experience though

First experienced a bidet while visiting a country club out in Santa Ana, CA 8-10 years ago. A wonderful experience…..and a decent day on the golf course too.

This many replies in and I figured at least 1 person would give you a serious reply confirming they have a bidet toilet seat. Guess not.
Heathens!!! Still wiping their asses the way they did 200 years ago… with paper. 😖

We are currently on our 4th version, the BioBidet 2000 heated toilet seat bidet. I wouldn’t live without it. Whenever we go on vacation, I miss my toilet seat more than I miss my dog. Coupled with the squatty potty, it affords the user the most effortless bowel emptying experience one can possibly have. Toto is the top of the line, but I’m very happy with my BB2000.

Happy shitting my friend!

Serious question: do a person’s arms grow shorter as he ages? I’m beginning to wonder.
