Problem signing up for the 1 year for $1 deal

When I enter my payment info I get a message stating "Payment failed: Your card does not support this type of purchase."

WTF!? It's a Capital One VISA debit card. I've used it all over the internet to make purchases and never run into this problem.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
