I notice Nitt1300 resorts to name calling rather quickly, (product of his environment) but he never answered the question posed above. I wonder…who’s the real “idiot”.
You are. Your initial statement was idiotic. You post and claim without stating any facts to support it and then follow that “gem” up with prove you wrong. Wow.

The next defender our line puts on their butts will be cause for celebration.
Whose OL would you rather have ours or Wisc., Minn. etc.. And they don’t have stars galore. They just play.
Our OL play is the worst I ever remember.

We just had what may have been the best defense Franklin has had, single best WR season, maximized the ability of Clifford, lost 5 games by a combined 21 points (4 of them to ranked teams including 2 top 10 teams), and this is somehow the worst coached team in CFB? Does anyone here actually watch any team other than PSU? If Clifford doesn't get hurt this is either a 9-3 or 10-2 team, which is what everyone pretty much thought we were going in. We all (hopefully) had the understanding that if Clifford got hurt that things could go south.

I'm not saying Franklin has been great because he has been anything but, but JFC get a hold of yourselves.

Well.. Back in '04 the coach then... What the heck was his name? Anyway, he said... We are two or three playmakers away from being a really, really good team. In '05 he got the players he needed. The result was a 12-1 season. I feel the same way right now. We are two or three playmakers away from being a really, really good team. They are arriving in January. It will be nine seasons next fall under this regime and IMHO there are no more valid excuses. It's time to put up or shut up. I hoped for CJF back in 2014, and I want him to succeed badly. I've been beyond patient and still think this program can be turned around by CJF. That said... His act is wearing thin and my patience is beginning t
Well said. However, the 2004 team lacked overall talent. This team is already very athletic, but (as a team) they lack discipline and strong football fundamentals. I question whether Franklin will ever properly address those issues. Sounds like we are all hoping for the "Saquon Effect" to strike again (i.e., elite talent masking Franklin's deficiencies).

Look up the logical fallacy "Appeal to Ignorance."
A fallacy is a mistake in belief based on an unsound argument; so, an ignorance fallacy, or Appeal to Ignorance occurs when a person mistakenly believes something to be true that is not, because he or she does not know enough about the subject, or ha not bee given enough evidence, to know otherwise.

Hey step, let's just hope that they start fixing some of the bridges in PA and they need a civil engineer with experience to be a consultant at a hefty price. :)
