Interestingly, the Nittany Apartments are owned by a non-profit 501(c) organization named "Advisory Board of Schuylkill Campus"Can anybody explain the function of the current owner of the Surekill apartments, and what the function is of the new owners? Is somebody just making a quick million on the tranaction cost?
