I didn't say that he would be drafted high- it's hard to say where he will be drafted because we don't know how much progress he is going to make over the course of time. I'm just saying that MLB will draft him as a pitcher. I agree with you as far as him being a hitter in college, but his pro future is as a pitcher. And you are right about his velocity- but what is impressive about him is his control, the fact that he keeps the ball down, he has great poise on the mound, and he has a very good breaking ball. He's also very competitive and he isn't scared of anything. As you said, he needs to increase his velocity and he also needs to work on his secondary pitches.
As far as CT- see the above comment about Norris and how much progress he makes over time. Kolten Wong is 5'9" and was drafted in the first round. Now, I'm not saying that CT will be a first round pick, but he could go as high as anyone else.
I agree that both will be back after next year.
