Not sure. If he wanted the cash, the market is hot right now, so he could flip and sell it for more than it's worth.
I would guess it's something under the umbrella of a corporate lease, where the dealership leases to itself.
Then again it could be sold for some ridiculous amount like 10$ and the dealership just uses it as a write off.

Sounds like he has the mindset to put in the work to becoming great.
I saw Aaron Rodgers drive up to the player's parking lot at Lambeau Field in a F150 back in 2014. I was told of a couple of other very good QBs that drove pickup trucks, but his was the only one that I saw live and in person.
