So if we win out and the Gators beat the Tide we are the Champs? I’m I missing something? Either way we get a bye in the conference tournament. What an amazing season!

I was trying to figure that out too. Thought there would be a thread already with the answer.😄

Yes! That’s right. Biggest game in the history of the CLA this week against UT. Would be incredible to hang a banner after being picked to be last.

Men’s and women’s conference champ’s , when’s the last time that happened. Either way, guys will be a high seed and I don’t see any one beating Dawn’s squad. Post season basketball going to be great to watch. Guys will struggle against teams with a big, athletic front court but hopefully won’t face that in the early rounds.

If we win out we will be regular season champs no matter what. There are scenarios where we are co champs with Tennessee and Alabama with 14 wins. If we all 3 tie in the end, we would have the #1 seed in the SEC tournament due to the tiebreaker rules.

Regular season awards co-champs, no tie breakers. Those are for seedlings only. So it doesn’t matter what Florida does! Of course, all we have to do is beat a team a second time, a team playing their best ball of the season, that just won against Auburn and at Alabama, who obliterated us. But as they say, if you want to be the best, you have to beat the best. Let’s go get it!

Well yeah. But he said champs, not co-champs.

If we manage to beat Tenn again on Wednesday it’s going to chomp my *** if we are named co champs with them. No where on earth should a team that was beaten twice be named co champs with the team that beat them twice. Only in contemporary American society does that somehow make sense.
