While street names change in Charlotte as well, the city is very good about posting signage indicating such.

We had an old friend who lived on a four-block long street in Brighton (Boston suburb). You cannot drive from one end to the other. First block is one-way, second block is one-way in the opposite direction, third block is two-way, fourth block is one-way.
