Was watching SECN this morning and someone asked Harper who he predicted would be SEC COTY. His answer was Nick Saban, with the caveat of if it’s not Saban then Zach Arnett. Said that nobody in the media is paying attention to State, but he wouldn’t be surprised if they win 8-9 games.
