Seriously guys you do not sound any different than those saying joepa etc knew about everything going on with Sandusky and didn’t do anything about it. Let it play out with osu and see what happens.

I think based on the accusations, it’s fair to ask Jordan some questions. Whether or not it is the truth is up to the courts to decide.
But, but, but there was a Politico article which cited a report commissioned by OSU. The report said Jordan was in the dark. Why would OSU publish something which wasn't true?? 🤷‍♂️

This is driven by hysteria and politics.
?? The issue in general isn’t being driven at all since the vast majority of people aren’t having it forced down their throats the way Sandusky was. I don’t see anyone being hysterical nor do I see anyone playing politics. Facts….
  • Jordan was an assistant wrestling coach at OSU when the events happened
  • Jordan was allegedly told of some incidents and blew it off
  • Jordan denies all this
  • Recent reports indicate some students athletes from that time assert Jordan was definitely aware
  • If it sees a courtroom (which I doubt) Jordan will definitely be called to testify to address the allegations that he knew and did nothing, with him being a university employee and all
Please point out any of the above which is hysterical, political, or not factual.

How would the head coach know?? Oh yeah, because that's probably what Jordan told him. OMG. 🤷‍♂️

But you still didn't address how responses are hysterical or political. Good luck with that.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what your point is. Is it that the head coach said years ago Jordan wasn't aware of anything?? Please correct me if I'm wrong. But if that is the case, there's no way the coach could know what Jordan was told unless he was at his side 24/7. Maybe Jordan told him he wasn't aware. There's no reason for him to lie, is there?? 🤦‍♂️

Again. You are sounding like the asses that said paterno knew and the coaches knew and the town knew etc. just let it play out!! I’m sure osu will pay millions.

I'm not claiming Jordan knew or didn't know anything. Former OSU student athletes are claiming that. If it's proven he was informed and did nothing then it's even worse for OSU. Also, the Michigan State gymnastics coach was charged criminally for essentially the same thing. But you are correct. It'll simply have to play out.

Yes we will. I am sure all the coaches, not just 1 named Jordan, either knew or didn’t know.

I’m not sure how Ohio laws differ from PA laws, but this is why Spanier went to jail. Per the conviction, Spanier knew something funny was going on, and didn’t protect the adolescent boys in the community. This is same thing Jordan has been accused of, by multiple accusers ( athletes, referees). Mark my words. Either OSU settles, or Jordan will be asked to testify under oath.

It’s sad that T™️osu was far more interested in protecting its football rivalries than its student-athletes. 😢

Could care less but why go after just one asst. coach and not the head coach as president and doctor. Clearly you don’t like his politics and that is why you are commenting.
Soooo . . . you "could care less"? By how much?

I believe that any trials would be civil trails, no one is in legal jeopardy unless they perjure themselves. (I could be wrong, here.) As to your last sentence, 100%. I think OSU will settle, absolutely.

“[Hellickson] said, ‘I will defend Jimmy until I have to put my hand on a Bible and be asked to tell the truth, then Jimmy will be on his own,’”
So let’s blame it on the asst coach and the head coach and leadership at osu. Too funny. Civil trial has nothing to do with Jordan

If there is a trial, Jordan would have to testify. Hellickson, too. The referee who says he told Jordan about The Perv masturbating in front of him in the shower would testify too.

We’re wasting our time here, anyway. OSU will settle.

“Per the conviction”

I know this is going to come off as arrogant, but my personal observation (jury duty in 3 different states), as well as conversations with trial lawyers, is that lawyers try to strike the most educated potential jurors. So you don’t end up with the smartest jurors, but those who are most susceptible to the plaintiff or defendant‘s arguments.

I get your point. That said, with respect to Jordan, he strikes me as the type of person that would be very hard to like regardless of which side of the political fence he resides. Does that make him culpable? No, but what a D-bag.
