If we didn’t choke away the Florida road game(with their best player absent), we would be inside the bubble at this point. We were never in the game at Ole Miss, but you can’t lose that one either.

Win those two and all is well for Howland’s retirement run (one and done) in the tourney.

2 of those teams at 7-7 have 12 combined Q1 wins, and both are in the top 25 of NET. Us and Florida are both in the top 50 of NET. That means 8 sec teams are in the top 50 of NET, not bad

**** - add Tennessee, Arkansas, LSU and Alabama to that as well. We were there.

The team is what it is. Just hope they miraculously make the tournament and Howland retires.

The same can be said if the team won in OT at UK, or didnt fall apart in the final minutes at Coleman, or didnt fall apart in the final minutes at Bud Walton, or didnt fall apart in the final minutes at Maravich, or didnt fall apart in the final minutes at home vs Tennessee.

Pissed the UF game away, let a 7-8 point lead at Bama dissipate in last 7 minutes.
Win those two and we’re in.
Win 3 of the last 4 and one of two in SEC Trny and I think we may still be in.

SEC loves getting as many teams in post season as possible! I won't be surprised if we beat Auburn.

Arkansas has 3-4 losses coming. We could have 3 more wins coming, and an outside shot of taking down Auburn at the Hump. Tenn might win out.

It's been hard to see a team with less talent than MSU like Arkansas play harder and get some good wins. Imagining what this team could be with less turnovers, less bad 3 point shots, more rebounds, more defense and more teamwork instead of our 1 on 5 offense...

You saw Tenn come into the Hump on a freaking mission. Just wish we had that same mindset. We have the talent and the depth.

Notae and Jaylin Williams are two of the best guards and big men in the league. Umude is inconsistent but was one of the nation's leading scorers last year and can score 30+ every now and then.

Arkansas isn't particularly deep but there are some nice players.
