It is possible now that we could end up in a 4 way tie for 2nd place with Auburn, Alabama and Kentucky.
I am assuming we would be at least a 4 seed for the SEC tournament since we beat UK earlier this year but that is just looking at our scenario.
Is it possible, with tie breakers, we could miss out on a double bye? Of course we still have to win Saturday also.
It's almost like, at this point, we need UT to win Saturday.

We could still end up anywhere between 2nd-5th as possibilities. 2nd place would require a win and help from both Alabama and Auburn losing.
3-4 is possible both with or without a win but one of Alabama or Auburn has to lose and we would need to tie with at least one other team.

If we end up tied with all 3 of Alabama, Auburn and Kentucky no matter if we win or lose, we'll be the 5th seed. As long as one these 3 teams lose, we will have a secured a double bye. Our best hope is Tennessee beating Kentucky.

Tennessee winning is the easiest path.

We gotta take care of business, though and beat MSU, which won't be a cake walk at MSU.

If we lost and UT won, we'd be in right, even if Auburn and Bama win?

That would put UT #1, Bama and Auburn tied for 2nd with 5 losses and us and UK tied for 3rd with 6 losses, but we beat them head-to-head?

Yes, as long as we don't remain tied with all 3 of those schools we are most likely in the top 4. Our big issue is that depending on who we're tied with in the standings we likely lose the Round Robin if Alabama and Auburn is involved.

Also realized that 6th place is still on table as well. It would require a Florida win and all the top 5 teams except Kentucky losing. It seems unlikely but never say never.

Hopefully we don't suffer a letdown loss on Saturday. We still have A LOT to play for, so I expect they'll be fired up.
