is still involved with a bowl OR Corch Mullen is waiting to see what happens with raises for the staff before he is in a position to offer. In other words, he needs to know how much moola he has to play around with.

I think this is par for the course with most coaching searches. We're used to Croom hiring his friends, and that usually didn't take very long because they were either getting fired or were fired.

What Dan is doing is taking his time and trying to find the best guy possible. I won't get worried unless we don't have someone by the end of January.

all it takes is for Mullen to look at Byrne and say- "how high can I go for a DC if need be?" and Byrne will tell him</p>

It's very likely his choice is coaching in a bowl game</p>
