Shane Beamer shares story of breaking foot after loss to Florida
Few people in Columbia on Saturday were more frustrated than South Carolina coach Shane Beamer following the Gamecocks' loss to Florida.
I would feel much better if he broke it on coach White's $ss.![]()

For those that don’t like it, would it change your mind if it happened in the middle of losing his **** on White?Dang, you beat me to it!!! That story was just asking for that joke.
For a minute, I thought he might have broken someone else's foot after the FL game - like maybe trying to straighten out Kroeger's ''shank'' foot.![]()

And just saw it on TV on the ESPN tickerWell, it’s a front page story on ESPN
First and only time we make the front page this year.Well, it’s a front page story on ESPN
They say the only bad publicity is no publicityFirst and only time we make the front page this year.
Out of all the post, only one is negative towards Beamer breaking his foot. Relax my friend.Hey how many of you felt like kicking something? I sure as hell did. Sure he should have more restraint but at least that shows his passion and his investment in the program. Sure we should have won and we need more W`s. Give the man 5 yrs. and lets see how things are going then. Did Spurrier ever throw his visor??
I'm not so sure no publicity is worse than this. It'll only get worse as the questions get harder with more and more losses.
I can identify. My temper on the golf course, which only last week led to the breaking of one club and the throwing of two more into two different ponds on two different golf courses, is unfortunately well known. I also have a "swimmer" in my right eye due to slapping myself in the face three times hard after missing a short putt last year. I can't scold him.I'm glad he's not worried about what the keyboard warriors on twitter or FGF think. Dude is like one of us. We lose, he gets pissed and kicks things. As long as it's not his wife, kids, or dog, who really gives a flying F. I'm glad he broke his foot. And I hope that pain reminds him of that game every time he takes a step. I'd much rather have that than an empty shell of a human like Muschamp up there stoically talking about nub sides and being out of phase after getting his *** handed to him. Some of ya'll need to chill...for the love of God chill.
As a comparison, Dabo said today that maybe they need to lose a few more games to get rid of the bandwagon fans. I don't know about you, but in the game of pressers, I'd say we came out on top today.
Fabulous…. I also saw it on the ticker on one of the sports channels last night.Well, it’s a front page story on ESPN
haha, yep, I'm not sure why this is huge news, but it's been picked up by most major outlets.Fabulous…. I also saw it on the ticker on one of the sports channels last night.
(EDIT I see you posted that above)

Kiss Bama's ***, take calls from Bama/AU fans and let them argue with each other, profit.Finebaum is useless. I could do his job. Anyone here could do his job. All he does is talk up those teams/coaches who are currently playing well and bash those who aren't currently playing well.

Y'all boys are only butthurt because he got rich doing it when it never even occurred to y'all to get into it.Kiss Bama's ***, take calls from Bama/AU fans and let them argue with each other, profit.
I agree, but he is well respected nationally as a sports journalist and has a large audience all over the cfb world.Kiss Bama's ***, take calls from Bama/AU fans and let them argue with each other, profit.
Well, did you start making all your short putts after you gave yourself that beating? That's all that matters.I can identify. I ain’t hating on him. I honestly just can’t believe people think this is a big deal. More people are outraged over his actions after the game than our performance on the field. That’s wild to me.I agree, but he is well respected nationally as a sports journalist and has a large audience all over the cfb world.
I've been playing bad for almost three months and each month brings another decision as to whether or not to drop my golf club membership. I can't handle not being able to compete.Well, did you start making all your short putts after you gave yourself that beating? That's all that matters.
As for Beamer, I'm glad that a guy who makes millions of dollars, whether he wins or loses, is mad enough about losing that he'd want to kick something.
