seriousness, this guys should be given the death penalty. Slicing the worker's throat?! Zeus, that's a LITTLE intense. I mean what the 17?! Slicing the little old lady at Shipley's throat?! For what, some donut holes and a ten spot?
Why the 17 was he not charged with attempted murder? Tried to slice someones throat and it's just aggravated assault?
I really dont think there is such a thing as attempted murder anymore. Its either murder or agg assault. Agg assault carries up to 30 years and armed robbery can carry life.
