So is the SEC poor or just more poor than their new rich af blue blood members?

Texas (UTjr) doesn't seem to get much with their money. I cannot remember them accomplishing anything big the last five years. They are going to hate getting that arse handed to them in every sport in the SEC.

The old joke with OU fans is Texas accomplishes the least with the most. Their NFL draft record is so bad it's hard to even understand given the talent they regularly bring in. It's like Austin is where NFL talent goes to die.

Baseball and basketball will be fun as hell in the SEC though. Texas is solid there. Their big winner is swimming but I don't know anything about the SEC's swimming scene. Same thing with OU and gymnastics and softball. We win a bunch of national championships in those sports, but who cares?

Texas will be just fine in the SEC, including football. OU was the school hoping for one more year to get SEC ready.

OU has 12 losing season's in 114 years (and none of you reading this has a team that can even touch that) No serious person is worried about the OU program succeeding. I think the SEC will give Texas a chance to shake off their annual 8-5 mentality though. It's get better or get wrecked time. The pressure could be program changing for yall.

We thank you for your money, your softball team, and being a CFP playoff doormat for the SEC each each year.

Yeah we were discussing the method on the homeboard some. There's how much money you bring in and then there's how you spend that money. Lots of room for nuance and argument. This is really just the revenue each program creates/generates.

It doesn't account for wealthy donors either, which both OU and Texas have obviously, but so do a lot of SEC schools.

Bama has 11 losing seasons in 119 years. So, yeah, pretty sure we can touch that. OU has done well beating up on nobodies in the B12 though.

The most salt from Bama over being poor is the best development of this thread so far. But then again you guys claim "18" national championships so it's not that surprising really.

Also it's not your fault. Auburn being where it is on the list takes up a lot of resources. If Alabama was more of a one team state it would likely be higher.

Alabama has about as many undisputed titles since the BCS era as OU has in 114 years. You might should stick to something that OU is better prepared to discuss, like meaningless Heismans that don’t result in championships.

You swung at the King. You missed. No need to get down. It's normal.
