I looked at our class, he’s the only 4*.

How the 17 is Locke not a 4*? Did he not break the Texas state HS TD or yardage record?

247 uses a composite score. It’s ESPN bringing the average down. Rivals has our class rated much higher.

Elite speed? That sounds good to me.

Isn't Eric Moulds from George County?

Can you imagine what he would do in this offense?

After the George County kid last year, is this really something to not be considered suspect until the papers come through?

I take it a step further and don't even want to know who they are till they are named a starter. Life's too short to worry about the whims of a teenager

If you’re a good receiver, why would you go anywhere else?

Completely different situation. This kid has been to damn near every home game and hasn’t been to one in the grove. And his buddy that Mississippi bought is having buyers remorse, being redshirted, and has attended MSU games this fall while being on the Mississippi football team.

I've seen this episode before. Kid is committed to OM and flips to us, then right at signing day he flips back to OM because The Grove is just so special. Call me skeptical.

Im pretty sure OM is wanting him to play corner. He would prefer to play receiver. So he has decided to come to what soon will be known as receiver U. Maybe his buddy will get in the portal and correct that mistake he made.

He will never receive a catch from Corral if he went to Ole Miss. He comes to State he will catch passes.

We're on a couple 4 stars that are above 50/50 odds we sign and some like Locke may get upgraded to a 4 star. Moore our LB is one of them.

I think we'll finish somewhere between 18-27 this cycle.

This ain't that.

The times you're suspicious of would be when they flip out of nowhere with no advanced warning. Folks have been watching this one for a few weeks.

Not saying it can't happen, but not all flips are created equally.

Edit: and sadly we no longer have Yancy to Telegraph it. He never could keep his mouth shut.

247 has been predicting him and Williams from CS to be State guys

I coached and taught at CS. Used to see Trevion everyday. He played football, basketball (pretty good post player) ran track AND played baseball. Heckuva athlete. He's a great kid and his mom works in law enforcement. Would LOVE to see him in maroon and white, but I'm hearing he's leaning toward either Ole Miss or LSU.
