Star-studded event for spring game

Gonna have lots of stars on campus this weekend...recruiting stars that is. Three 5* guys and a boat load of 4* guys will be here. Biggie is 5* edge Dylan Stewart, top 10 nationally for 2024. Out of DC. Shane's been pounding that area hard, so hopefully it continues with Stewart.

I've been following gamecock recruiting for a long time. I don't ever recall our attracting the attention of so many top flight prospects who come for visits and leave saying positive things about the staff and program. Have to temper it a bit because these level of prospects have lots of choices. They tend to take longer to make their decisions and patience is needed and there will be disappointments.

Yeah, I don’t follow recruiting, incredibly close, but over the years, even when we sucked, we seem to always make the top 10 or top five for some pretty good recruits. But, like you said, I can’t remember a time when we’ve been in the conversation at least for so many top shelf recruits.
