For anyone under 21, a BAC level of at least .02 percent is considered legally drunk, while for those 21 and over, a BAC of .08 percent is considered legally drunk.
So if you are 20, i guess you are a light-weight. Why not just give the kid an underage fine? I'll bet I could drive better than most old foks when I was 20 w/ a .02 bal.

I always knew Officer Word was a stickler on DUI's or anything alcohol related for that matter, and I've heard Cook's name thrown around, but I've never heard of Williams. Honestly, I probably should have gotten one a few times, but due to the increased patrol for DUIs, it made me think about not driving and just walking all the time now. It's a bit ridiculous how many road blocks and driver's they pull over for suspicion, but I guess it does keep the roads safe.

I don't have to dress up.
It's a lot cheaper.
I can take my dog.
I can walk back across the street to my house.

it is illegal to drink if you are under 21. If you register .02 or more you are considered driving under the influence.

Not saying I have never done it, and I would hate to have a DUI, and I feel sorry for anyone that gets one....but still....
