Bianco can build a team. He's done that. That's worth something. But, a truly bad year might make Ole Miss look elsewhere. Sometimes coaches can be at the same school too long.

You’ll never convince me that both Bianco and Lemonis didn’t hit a massive complacency wall after winning the first big one at each of their respective schools.

Bianco is the most damning case. He was a 20 year model of consistency, and the wheels have just fallen completely off. Not a coincidence at all that he’ll gave his two worst ever seasons (by far) right after his best one.
