For me - it's we scored early and held on. Early turnover where we get the ball deep in TN territory or scored immediately off the turnover.

They average over 200 yards/game rushing. That has been our weakest point defensively. They ran for almost 250 yds vs Syracuse and ran for 125 vs Georgia.

State comes out in an unexpected defensive scheme that slows UT down for 2 to 3 quarters AND quickly established a good run game that opens up deep passes

TN plays a “bad game.”

Turnovers, blown coverages, dropped passes. Schitt like that.

Only way we win is if they lose it. You feel me?
Basically this. I’m all for enjoying the 4-0 ride, but there isn’t a position on the field other than maybe kicker where we have an advantage against this team, and I’ll be incredibly impressed if we keep it within 10 pts.

that said, let’s give em hell on Saturday

We just can't miss any opportunities they give us.

If a receiver gets loose behind the D, Shapen has got to find him.

If we force a fumble or get a pick in their territory, we gotta go get 7, not 3.

I think they're going to score 30+, so we have to score with them.

That’s it. If TN is smart they will run the ball a lot… basically what Arizona state did in the second half.

On defense, they should just sit in a zone and force shapen to take the short throws, which he has historically not been willing to do.

We slow the game down and it becomes a game where both teams run the ball and milk the clock. We are also at least +2 in the turnover battle. We win and stay way under the O/U. Something like 24-20.

We cut down on penalties, and we limited explosive plays and got off the field on third downs

Lebby comes out in a true RPO with Kamario at QB. Then when Tenn makes adjustments, we bring Shapen in and run the regular offense. But really he needs to do what Mullen did in the 2017 Alabama game and go slow running the clock down in between snaps keeping the ball from the Tenn offense.

We win the game if we can control the line of scrimmage. Arizona St. almost beat us in the second half by dominating the line of scrimmage and running the ball down our throats. If we can prevent that, I trust the secondary to hold it's own. They won't beat us by throwing the ball downfield.

I was shocked at how we came out vs ASU!
We do that against UT and hold on somehow down the stretch and we have a chance.
UT has more athleticism at most every position than we do but we CANNOT have the stupid holding penalties, the false starts, the shanked punts and expect to be anywhere close to winning in the 4th Qrt.
