They reek. Tomlin teams lack focus and discipline.

"Tomlin would have a job in ten minutes".

Hopefully as a short order cook at Ptomaine Terrace,

I’m sure Tomlin would have success wherever he goes. If he wasn’t currently coaching one of the blue bloods of the sport, it’d be hard to argue that he isn’t a successful coach. For example, if he was coaching a team like the Bears, he’d most certainly make them relevant. But even there, his low ceiling would eventually hit, and those fans would then get frustrated being caught in the same mediocrity loop of “non-losing seasons”.

Ben carried the bum Tomlin for years. The goofy Roomeys are responsible for the mediocrity and insanity that is Tomlin .

Tomlin’s got this. Now, it’s the playoffs. The cream always rises to the top.

We knew he was a band aid but so much better than Pickett or fields. No losing seasons actually hurts the chance to get a top qb in the draft.
I heard they still might re-sign him, crazy if that is true.

Wilson's "moon balls" were great but he's been bailing on clean pockets and not even giving plays a chance. And no the pass protection has not been good in general but it's like he's turned skiddish.

And then Pickens became a disaster. Calvin Austin does more harm than good. Mike Williams apparently still only knows 3 plays out of the playbook. And Van Jefferson is an NPC.

AND STILL I have hope they can win a playoff game!

Every year, same story. Start cold but won't enough to stay on contention. Go on a hot streak and look like a contender. Fall off a cliff and lose a first round playoff. And every year, I get caught in the hot streak and start to think they finally figured it out.

I am not a Steelers fan by any means, and I don't follow them very closely. Is Tomlin in charge or personnel? I doubt there is a coach alive that could win with that roster. Whoever thought Justin Fields and Russell Wilson were going to lead them to success should be fired. I used to know one of the Rooney's. I wish I still did so I could tell him myself.

On top of that, they have zero serviceable WRs. Pickens is talented, but a headcase and now unreliable. The others are WR 3 & 4s at best. They lost 3 starting OL players for the season within the first four weeks of the season and were forced to play two rookies and a guy they were considering cuttting. It’s been a patchwork at best and many prognosticators had them finishing in the bottom of the division before all that took place. After watching the last four games, I don’t know how they won 10 games. On the other hand, they should have beat Dallas and Indy.

I call it the Tomlin Slump. Every year they go on a losing streak, only to recover and just BARELY make the playoffs.

At least the browns can't embarrass the Steelers again until next season.

Considering there’s nobody available either in FA of where they’ll be drafting, I’d sign Fields to a modest 3 year deal with the hopes that he can be the bridge to something better. He’s still only 25, played better this year than he ever did in Chicago, and can be effective as a mobile QB. Then they’ll have to take a flyer on another QB in the draft at some point in the next couple of years. Oh, and hope that Tomlin retires (cause they sure as hell aren’t going to fire him).

Well enjoy the loses ;)

Guys, he's right; we should have listened to him. I'm calling Tomlin before it's too late to save the season.

I guess you expect Superbowl winning QB's to just line up for auditions. Do you have any idea how much both of them cost this year?

What a jerkoff... Kiss my *** and enjoy having less Superbowl wins than the Steelers fans have enjoyed.

I do know how much they make, but I had multiple jerkoff Stiller fans tell me how they were winning another SB since they got Wilson, lol, let me know when Tomlin wins another playoff game.

No Steeler fan told you that. Wilson and fields were cheap and we got rid of picket. Now we need to find the next long term qb. Maybe actually another damn receiver.

Lol, sadly quite a few did or I never would have made my original statement. I don't blame them for rolling the dice on either, but at least with Fields you had a shot for the future, Wilson is done.

Dude, you’ve gotta be lying, most if not all Steeler fans were only happy that Kenny Pickett was let go. There’s not one single Steeler fan outside of parody accounts that believed Pittsburgh would win a Super Bowl this year. As a matter of fact, most predicted that they would win only about five or six games.

The plan I believe was for Wilson to "mentor" Pickett in 2024. Teach Pickett how to be a pro, but when Tomlin told Pickett he wasn't the starter he wanted out and they picked up Fields.
