You guys are slacking! What's on the menu for today's game? I have 3 racks of baby backs on the smoker, wings and Buffalo Bills chicken balls along with a massive meat and cheese board. (I refuse to call it a C word board)

I was only going with one rack until my in laws got wind.

Making wings using the recipe I learned at the Anchor Bar in downtown Buffalo in 1989 (from the cook himself!). Always a huge hit.

The honey is going all out for this super bowl. She’s cooking a linguine and Garlic dish covered by a creamy spinach sauce. Then Broccoli rabe with chopped hot sausage. Not sure if this dish is to celebrate the end of the football season or if she’s actually looking out for my health. I didn’t have the heart to ask for nachos, hot salsa, assorted cheeses, hard salami and olives. I’m not much of a drinker so one glass of wine with the meal and maybe a Stella or two during the game.
BTW I took the Chiefs and the over on a tease just to make it a little fun.
