A walk, balk, and error in the 3rd inning cost them 3 runs.

State making no errors last year in CWS was huge. Making 1 error in any of the 3 one run games vs TX and VA could be the difference in a Natty or Not

This CWS has frankly been a dud so far. Not just because OM is going well, there hasn’t been a single close game yet.

Errors cost ND game 1 and eventually the Super last year in Starkville. Little to no errors in Knoxville this year.

Now the errors are happening in Omaha. Maybe if they make the CWS next year they will get all of the nerves out, seems to be a pattern here (error prone first time in new bigger venue/stage)
