for all TV stations that is coming up next year. There was an article about this not too long ago. Raycom said the only reason they had not already gone ahead and switched was because not all of their affiliates had made the change yet.

the broadcast being digital. I think they were saying some of their affiliates had not gotten the equipment to broadcast digitally yet. I no very little about this sort of thing. I just know it was an excuse given by Raycom earlier in the year on why they had not already started broadcasting in HD.
