Not to be critical, but needs a sketchy strip club within a half mile. Also, the rooftop terrace seems dangerous for when fights break out. And where is the gravel parking lot?

I think y'all may need to rebrand.

They got the ZIP code wrong in the address bar. Should be 39759 instead of 39579.

Best of luck to you guys. I know family of one of the investors or possibly you. I think it's going to be an awesome addition to the bar scene in the Cotton District. I don't frequent the district much anymore, but will definitely check it out when it opens. Good luck!

Where am I supposed to park?
Lynn Spruill will just expand the area already covered by that damn parking app.

Starkville is the only town I've ever lived in where a business doesn't have to provide a certain number of parking places for employees, patrons, etc. based on square footage, number of employees, use designation, etc. It's great for the business i.e. no additional land purchase, no concrete pours, no landscaping, no sprinkler systems, etc, but sucks for customers

1.50 Natural Light longnecks or we riot. Well we had those back then and there were still riots so not sure what you should do now.
I once saw something the size of the bottom of a bottle crawl out of one of those and across the bar. No joke. Unidentified fungi. Kept on drinking them.
2 for 1 St Pauli Girl too maybe.

Parking minimums kill walkable areas.

But aside from that, if a business thinks they can make it without providing parking for its customers, why do you care whether they roll the dice on that or not?

Because I don't want to drive around the block multiple times waiting on a parking place to open up, use some damn app on my phone to pay to park, park on that dark side street and walk for blocks to drink, and then have to stagger back to the car in the dark

Maybe he stumbled into Doug's and only thought it was the Landing.**

Actually I don't remember any specific arcade games, but I don't know how you would miss the pool tables.
Pool tables were the main draw, but, I don't remember arcade games either. That was the early to mid 80's for me so PacMan, Frogger, Donkey Kong were about it then that I remember, they weren't really that popular then
