Time for a good a$$ chewing at half-time. Team thought they had this game won in the 1st quarter.
That would have been an easy 10-15 yd pick-up, you have to take that every time! And it seems we never take that when it’s given to us.
This is what separates PSU from OSU. OSU would have scored 35 already.
Good thing the CMU runners are tripping over the yard lines. PSU must've put extra chalk on the yard lines
PSU just doesn’t have the killer instinct of Ohio St. They get the lead then the D goes to sleep with half hearted play and allows the other team to get right back into the game.
As I said earlier.... how the heck do you run against Auburn and not against CMU?????

That’s Clifford’s biggest weakness. He never spots his backs for easy gains that will keep the chains moving. He never even looks in their direction even though they are the safety valve.
Shockingly they are up against Mizzou. I know Mizzou ain't 'Bama, but they are a P5 team. I was thinking the same thing.... if this is how we look against CMU, how freakin' bad is Auburn?
Against CMU, given short fields, ignoring wide open receivers, missing receivers.
To be fair they've dropped some catchable balls, but apologies if I don't nominate Clifford for Heisman for this half's performance.
