I will tell you something that needs to happen real soon. He needs to establish a set lineup. I think I heard that it has been different almost every game. I am speaking from a personal standpoint so it is possible it doesn't effect others like I think it does. Players play better when they know their role and place. To see yourself go from 2 to 7 in the order or in and out if it is willy nilly can destroy confidence. I know once I knew that I was in the lineup in the 4 spot, all was good. So get your righthanded and lefthanded lineups set and tweak them only when it is necessary. Coaches need to commit to players also.
