A week ago, Mississippi State played Texas and used an offensive gameplan that wasn’t what you would expect from Jeff Lebby. The Bulldog head coach gave a great answer when asked about it at Monday’s press conference. Nothing makes my skin crawl more than Robbie's take on our portal recruiting. I swear if there was a 5-star portal recruit conceived and born on the 50-yard line at Davis Wade, Robbie wouldn't say he's a must-get. He'd whine about his twice-removed uncle once attending a game at OM and that "it's not as cut and dry as you think".

Softballs in portal recruiting may not get any softer than Oatis. As you said, that will say a lot if we don't find a way to land him.
