What are the chances of getting tickets to the UAB-State game under $25? Will they have a bunch of cheaper tix if our group walks up gameday?

...don't buy tickets ahead of time. Just go to the stadium and buy from outside. You'll find $10 tickets no problem. Also, a newsflash: UAB is terrible. You will be able to find a seat anywhere in the stadium.
And I was blown away when they came in. Something like the 50 yard line about half way up. A pleasant contrast to my ****** UGA upper decktickets.</p>
that advantage. I am in the corner on the lower deck. Crappy view + crappy angle to see the other end of the field, plus their jumbotron will be at a terrible angle. But hey, at least I did get tickets.

As of last week, you could still get 40-50 yard line tickets from UAB's website. I haven't checked, but I imagine you still can. Hopefully they would now be able to hold them at Will Call, because it would be too late for them to mail them.BigMotherTucker said:
I am in 101, just below you there. I would much rather be up high. But at least I don't have to walk all the way up there, and worse, back down after the game. That walk of shame was awful after the Auburn game. I looked at the 360 degree view that they have and it appears the away team band, I assume we will only be bringing a pep band, sits in front of me. I believe there is a view from right beside where your seats are on there. Here is a link, as soon as it starts you can click the G that is at the upper right hand side. I looked yesterday and they had an option for General Admission on the UAB website. I am debating about going, but I will probably just get tickets when I get there. There might very well be some really cheap tickets and I think you could sit 40 and not be in someone's seat. We were thinking of maybe pulling the double header and catching the Bama Vandy game on the way home. I am a little worried about the traffice between B'ham and Bryant Denny.

bumper from where I459 & I-20/I59 merge. Took an hour and half to go about 35 miles. After McFarland Blvd it was smooth sailing.
