I was sitting by a couple of other Sixpackers...and on Zach Smith's bs call, they didnt get a TD, just a FG...

we were the better athletes, but not a better team. A team includes the coaches as well. And since EJ left, our level of coaching is even worse. This is going to be an ugly season...

I said after our first drive that "we should beat these guys by 3 TD's". But the coaching right before halftime, then the special teams play early in the 4th, drove a nail into my commitment level, from which I couldn't recover... I left, already knowing the outcome. Seen it too many times.

I have to give it to Coach -- he stuck it out a lot longer than I could. I couldn't bring myself to sit there and watch any more. Here was my thought process:

****** play + Ailett Stadium + 2 empty whiskey bottles + Long Branch Saloon calling my name = Early Exit.

Easy call.
