An “open house” sign goes up, and we’re not even sure the open house happens before it’s changed to “sale pending,” at more than asking. Didn’t you say you sold it without an agent? yeah we were in a wacky love it or hate it area. $500k in a $300k hood. Saved $20k without the realtor but missed out on $7k maybe?
