I'm not sure why it matters. A lot of those weren't going to play much or are being processed. Same as ours except we lost our top WR.

They said the same about Kiffin when they thought he was going to Auburn. What would you expect them to say? On Sports Talk MS they said that Rara had accepted his NIL and then decided it wasn't enough so he wanted to renegotiate. He was asking for about 3 or 4 times what Tulu was getting and we said no so he's entered the portal. Hadad said he couldn't imagine the WR room with one player making that much more than the other players.
If NIL folks don't structure these deals to give the university some leverage, this thing will be an absolute **** show. Bowl and Rival game participation should be mandatory.
How difficult would it be to make a rule players hafta wait till after bowl season to enter? Are there ANY Competent Adults in charge of ANYTHING these days?
This may be when we start to see some reasonable rules put in place to limit the chaos. It's just going to get worse. But when it starts affecting the bowl games and their payouts and TV ratings, something might be done to limit it.
At this point someone needs to start keeping a list of people NOT in the portal. It's absolute free agency. Bench player wants to go where he can play. Part-time player wants to go where he can start. Starters bail and want to go to better team. Coaches switching teams and bringing players with them now instead of coordinators and assistant coaches. It must be a nightmare to be a CFB coach these days. As soon as you get a kid from the portal you turn around and realize 3 more jumped ship while your back was turned.

Well, none of them played so it's definitely not a kill shot. MJ Daniels will probably be a good player for yall at some point but he hasnt gotten on the field for us yet. Nobody else in the portal for us is worth talking about.
Edit: I forgot Kentrell Bullock - he is probably the best player that we've lost and he also couldn't find the field.
