I know its doesn't count, but in the mid 1980's when I was a kid, I went to the spring game with a football to be signed by the team and there was no players behind tables, and lines, back then LOL.
Players stood on the field and signed, and fans gathered around, Ellis had a large group around him, I remember looking for coach Morrison, and I saw him hiding out in the tunnel smoking a cigarette, and went to him and he signed my football and kept puffing away while he did it.
True story and I still have the football!

Dwane Morrison is the assistant with the flattop hairdo. Later coached Georgia Tech. Guessing Chuck Noe was the head coach.
