Twist revisited…

So @Maroon Blood posted about Twist playing at Duling Hall last month. I said they were on my list.

I saw them open for The Weeks last night at Martin’s. They’re good & I’d like to see them perform again.

Twist will be at Martin’s again tonight (opening aGAIN for The Weeks — second and last night of their annual holiday shows).

I won’t be there (previous commitment) but I thought I’d share.

Thank you for coming and the kind words. Big plans for Twist. Lots of national interest. Every song you heard last night was original music. They are young. Drummer, my son, is just 16. Thad Cochran, lead singer, is 18. Bassist (32 on his ACT) and guitarist (parents just bought Hal & Mal's) are just 17. The band has finished recording at Malaco Studio and going through the mixing and mastering process. Will be releasing an EP soon. BUT they will have to change the band name due to a trademark issue.
