I hate commercials that go out of their way to show every single racial group on earth all standing together with that look of bliss on their face - and this one is because someone's ringing a stupid bell. That's so contrived. And I say that knowing MSU has done similar shots a million times.
I like the song and the shots of campus and Athens without the people a great deal. But, when you include the "I'd like to teach the world to sing" shots of the people standing around a bell tower like it's the most moving moment of their lives, it makes me roll my eyes.
