He was part of one of my favorite plays from that '14 season. Watching the clips of all the great highlights from that game, it's easy to trick yourself into thinking that State dominated that game. We did for much of it, but LSU crept back into the game late, and I'll never forget one of the crucial 3rd down plays when LSU's D line was really starting to get into the backfield.
I can't remember all the specifics, but I feel like it was 3rd and about 6 or so, and Mullen called an absolutely brilliant play where Dak took the snap, faked like he was looking left and then suddenly did a 180 to find Bear all alone on the right side just hanging out at around the line of scrimmage. He caught it, drove forward for what was an absolutely vital first down, and it completely fooled LSU.
