Coloquial term for the “men’s room” porta potty at tailgates that looks like an octagon.
It has six sides so - dixagon? Five urinals - peentagon? I say damn the geometry. Cocktagon just sounds better.
Trying to say there's nothing like a night game in Columbia with Sandstorm cranking just after attending a Whiteout (a rainy one at that) is a pretty strong reach.
The cocktagon celebration sounds a little wierd to me. I have yet to experience that....thankfully.
Thanks for sharing your experiences. I have been to Williams-Bryce stadium back when George Rogers played for the Gamecocks, while I was stationed @ Shaw AFB (Sumter). Great fans and I liked the stadium. Torn loyalties exist in South Carolina between USC & Clemson fans. I know th Gamecocks are struggling some this year but you have a solid HC in Beamer. He'll get it going again.
How many Cocktagons are there? As a lot 39 parker, I'm only aware of the one in lot 38 where the gate from lot 38/39 is located.
Looking at Google maps, I can see several around the stadium but locations may change from year to year. The university should update Beaver Stadium parking maps to show the current location of all cocktagons.
And label them as such. Cocktagon A, Cocktagon B, etc.
If you think beaver stadium is bad due to cramming then you'll abhor Michigan stadium. Their bench seats are 2" narrower than Beaver.
Ok, now do the female version.And label them as such. Cocktagon A, Cocktagon B, etc.
Lot 33 didn't have one. Imagine my disappointment. It's become an internet legend of sorts.
This is right up there with King Ad Buck’s posts as all time greats from other fan bases.
