USFL - Anybody planning on watching?

The USFL season starts this Saturday. Anybody plan on checking it out?

I didn't realize until today that all games are going to be played in Birmingham. I'm sure that's a good cost cutting measure, but I feel like that's a tough way to build fanbases.

Tickets are 10.00. An adult can carry kids for free. I will watch it on tv. Apparently they are not having all those protect the QB rules.

This time of year I usually depend on games @ The Dude for big hits, scoring, coaching strategy, players stepping up, etc, but since there hasn't been much of that yeah I'll probably watch to see if I can see some of that

I plan on watching some of the games in the new stadium. Football in the spring. Should help summer pass by a little faster.

That will be one heck of a home field advantage for the Birmingham team.

If nothing else, it's good background noise while doing stuff around the house.

I can't believe the ticket prices though. $10 for up to 3 games in a day and you can bring in up to 3 kids for free is kind of ridiculous.

I know Fox is but I think all three are own major stake in the league. It is going to get the TV time.
