Ride a 5* QB like Clemson did.
Two of them, actually. And they also had a bunch of really good players at other positions, too. So you don't really have to have 100 or so recruits that result in top five classes over the 4-5 years that they cycle in, but about half of them have to be really good. And then you need some stars.

Coming up with more exact numbers is difficult and predicting who close to impossible, which is why it's easier to generalize about whole classes being potentially very good. There is a reason why Franklin has 12-16+ staff whose sole focus is recruiting.

With the number of ultra smart and ultra successful posters on this board raising the money will be easy. Pretty much everyone who posts here is at least a millionaire, and several are no doubt multi-billionaires.
You’re not, at least, a millionaire? 🤷🏼‍♂️

In reality, barring crazy amounts of injuries, our ability to be "elite" will rest almost solely on the shoulders of Allar.
The success of any team or organization should never be dependent on “an” individual.

That’s where roster depth and coaching become important.

Okay, let's put the shoe on the other foot. How does PSU, without a series of top 5 recruiting classes, win a national championship in the next ten years? The explanation has to fit into a 30 second soundbite.
They need a transcendent QB. If that is Allar, they have a chance.

Klatt is a clown he gives a lot of backhanded comments to PSU just like Herk Kerbstreit every change he can get, I am sure someone asked that question on his stupid podcast why 15 years and not 20 years?
