Whatever he was, he should have been more.
We only truly saw a healthy Deebo Samuel at the end of his Sophomore season, and beginning of his Junior year, before his injury... It was amazing how good he was. I wouldn't say he was wasted, just injury riddled in college. Had over 200 yards against clempsun, and dominated the first 2 and a half games his junior year before his injury. (2 kick return TD's, 2 rushing, and 3 or 4 receiving TD's)

We have had a run of bad luck with some of our most talented players. Marcus Lattimore missed major time. I truly believe he would have been in New York for the big trophy had he have had the good fortune of staying healthy all four years. Probably would have only stayed three but still think he would have been a candidate.

However much he was capitalized on, it could have been more.

The OleBallCoach ran him into the ground, way over-used him.
