Watching the press conference yesterday, I've got a new "Ya Boy"

Marcus Banks gets it. That dude may need to be a coach when he quits playing. I don't think I had ever heard him interviewed previously, but his answers and understanding of his role and how to be a leader struck me. He's been relatively quiet in his career thus far, but we need more guys like him. I hope he has a huge year.

I met his family a couple of years ago outside the stadium. They were really impressive folks and i could tell he came from a great family.
