Florida's defense is vastly superior to Cincinnati's offense in every way. Cincinnati may not score a point in this game. Utah owned Bama last year, but most of the time when non BCS schools play BCS teams, and more specifically SEC teams, they get beat up pretty bad. They have to start winning games on a consistent basis. That's why if I'm a Boise St. or TCU fan I'm pissed because we don't get to go up against a BCS conference school and prove they can hang with them.

I just wasn't sure if you were saying that the Big East was as bad as a non-BCS conference- which as a conference it is- or if you didn't think UC was a BCS team.

i really hate this for everyone (especially my retarded optimistic ms. state alter ego), but mainly for those that want the bcs to die a most painful and immediate death.

I was too busy thinking about my lead in to my thoughts on TCU and Boise St. that I just threw Cincinnati into the same non BCS category without thinking about it. I do however think the Big East is the weakest of the BCS conferences and hold almost no weight when it comes to championship time. Now I did hear during the West Virginia FSU game today that they talked to the WV coach earlier and he said he thinks WV has a great chance to get to the championship game next year. I think if there are 3 undefeated BCS teams, and one of them is from the Big East, they will never make it to the championship game.
