This offseason, Falzone became the latest client of quarterback guru Brad Maendler, who also has worked with current Nittany Lions Drew Allar and Ethan Grunkemeyer.
"In my 18 years of QB training, I’ve had so many good ones but I don’t think I’ve ever had a QB who’s as physically talented as 2026 Nazareth (PA) QB Peyton Falzone," Maendler said on X last month. "On top of those physical attributes is a top 1% drive/work ethic to improve. Still a work in progress but VERY excited about where things are headed!"
Note: He is 6-5 200 pounds. Get him in our weight training and he keeps progressing he could be a good one

So refreshing to watch a team being built with local talent and best fits and not a bunch of NIL mercenaries.
Probably. That was the rumor after the playoff, right? That some big donations came in to NIL to keep the team intact.
So, pay them off when they're 16 or 17 = good. Pay them off when they're 18-21 = bad.
Paying premium price for an 18 year old whose sole purpose is to negotiate the highest contract with no other purpose is much different than paying the going rate for a veteran player that has a demonstrated history of production and contribution to team chemistry/goals.

I wonder how many D1 Schools can keep up with the new financial reality? 20 or 25 max is my guess. New names like Texas Tech will emerge. But 20 million revenue sharing on top of NIL will eventually see many casualties.
One side makes mucho dinero off the efforts of kids … “this is college football! It’s awesome!” The kids (the “other side”) ask for a piece of the mucho dinero … “college football my ***! College football is dead! This is horrible!”

Yeah, those poor athletes got nothing for playing and they were all forced to be there. Thank God that all got fixed.
