You have to love the same tools that manage to complain when they get a highly rated CB. It's like clockwork but people that know this one poster know his real issue with JF. It was from day one.

Joe rarely recruited Linebackers unless they were special. He preferred to convert running backs and full backs.

Improve your reading comprehension. "Joe recruiting no position but linebacker" is a valid statement. Maybe he chased RBs/FBs (and the occasional QB - cough Jim Kelly cough cough) to fill the LB role.

I believe it was Fitz who said that this was Terry Smith's #1 guy at CB for 2025. Smith has been nothing but great for PSU's Secondary, so I'll trust in him that this is a very good pickup for the good guys! WE ARE!

Joe recruiting Kelly as a linebacker is an urban legend embellished by Kelly.
Joe stated, and I believe Joe, that Kelly was told he was good enough to play linebacker. Not that he was being recruited as one.
