The scenario exists where we will have played half of the CFP during the regular season.

I’m assuming the one upset you’re talking about is over Colorado in the Big 12 title game, because they are actually favored this weekend over BYU.

And, its also not quite that clean. The Big 12 tiebreakers could get messy between ASU, BYU, Iowa State, and Colorado.

If they all 4 finish tied, the tiebreakers are tricky. ASU can win out but still not be guaranteed to be in the Big 12 title game. A lot would depend on how other teams finish in the conference.

Either way, they have to beat BYU, Arizona, and win the conference championship in order to make the playoff. Only one of those might be an upset, but BYU is also more or less a tossup in Vegas right now.

ASU started off the year with a lot of unknowns and with a new coach. Seems to have worked out good for them.

ASU and Arkansas whipped our *** more than Texas, A&M and Georgia. You never know.

We're going to have a hell of a home schedule next year.

Dillingham was there last year and went 3-9, though the fan base saw enough to be optimistic for this year
