We need an Eastern European big who can hit the 3. He can be project and a liability on defense, but we need someone who can score from the perimeter while matched up with their other team's big.

Pretty sure it's closer to 25th best class than 10th best class.

I am hopeful King Grace can be an effective PG.
But I am really hopeful that Warren stays and gets better running point.


We need portal players. Guys that have played for 2 years in college and have shown they can play are more valuable than HS recruits in the 150-200 ranking.

Need some guys who want to win. Recognize the sacrifice that goes along with winning. Saw a lot of pouting kids out there last season. Think Jans would recognize that more

Jans has to prove he can recruit here, so we need that class to hit. I'll keep saying it's a State problem with recruiting in all men's athletics until proven otherwise.

If it’s like most high school recruiting classes, at least 50% of them will never have an impact here. Maybe one or two will be good contributors. The only HS guys that signed under Jans that sniffed the court this year were Hubbard and Warren.

We will go as the portal goes, most likely.

We already have one defensive nightmare at guard who will be in our lineup. We don't need another.

Raid the mid majors....everybody is doing it**

I think you are spot on with last paragraph and it sucks for non-elite high school seniors so maybe there's an angle there too?
