A combination of several of the rankings not being available at the beginning of the season, some of them being inconsistent about posting rankings each week, and my schedule caused me to never to post the Averages, which used to be a staple of the Weekly Review. As this Weekly Review examines the end of the regular season, I decided if I didn't post the Averages now, I'd go an entire season without doing so -- something I'd not like to become the norm.

A reminder that to be listed in the Averages, a wrestler must be ranked in more than 50% of the rankings. Gary Steen is only ranked in the two computer generated rankings (WrestleStat and WrestlingByPirate), so no PSU wrestler meets the aforementioned criteria at 125. In past years it has been interesting to track the Averages Without the Computer Generated Rankings versus the Averages With the Computer Generated Rankings. The computer generated rankings generally are slower to give credit to wrestlers that are new to the roster/starting lineup. However, the two Averages do tend to get pretty close by the end of the season, and we can see that in the below Averages at the end of the regular season.
